Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability and must be made through our official channels (website, WhatsApp, or phone).

• A confirmation message/email will be sent once your booking and payment are processed.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled tour: Full refund.

• Cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled tour: 100% cancellation charge (no refund).

• Rescheduling: Allowed only if requested at least 7 days prior and is subject to availability; additional fees may apply.

• No-shows or day-of cancellations: 100% charge; no refund.

Age Limits & Participation

• Children are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult. Passenger minimum age is 5 years unless a package specifies otherwise.

• Drivers must meet the age requirements for the chosen vehicle (as stated in the tour details). Certain high-risk activities may have stricter age or fitness requirements.

• Any child discounts or special pricing are specified per package.

Health & Safety

• Safety is our priority. Participants must follow all instructions from Dune Buggy Sand Dubai guides and staff.

• Pregnant women and persons with serious medical conditions (e.g., recent surgery, back/neck problems, heart conditions) should not participate without medical clearance.

• Guests are responsible for assessing their fitness to participate.

Liability & Waiver

• By participating in our activities, you accept the inherent risks associated with desert driving and related adventures.

• Dune Buggy Sand Dubai is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation except where caused by our gross negligence.

• We strongly recommend that guests purchase adequate travel and medical insurance covering adventure activities.

• Dune Buggy Sand Dubai does not provide personal accident insurance for customers; any customer-caused damage or accidents may be charged to the customer.

Weather & Operational Changes

• Tours operate outdoors and may be affected by weather (e.g., sandstorms, heavy rain). We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel tours when conditions are unsafe.

• If a tour is canceled due to weather, guests will be offered rescheduling or other available options.

Meals & Dietary Requests

• Some packages may include meals (e.g., BBQ). Please inform us of allergies or dietary restrictions at booking. While we do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee allergen-free meals.

Transportation & Punctuality

• Pick-up and drop-off are included in selected packages. Exact pick-up details will be communicated after booking.

• Guests must be ready at the designated pick-up point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time. Late arrivals may be treated as no-shows and may not be refunded.

Photography & Media

• Photos and videos taken during tours may be used by Dune Buggy Sand Dubai for promotional purposes. Participation implies consent to such use unless you notify us in writing otherwise.

Payment & Pricing

• Payments accepted via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or cash (where applicable). All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable taxes unless stated.

• Discounts, promotions, or special offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

Vehicle Condition & Safety Gear

• Our vehicles are regularly serviced and maintained. Helmets and other safety equipment are provided and must be worn during the activity.

• Any misuse or failure to follow safety instructions that leads to damage may result in additional charges.

Changes to Terms

• Dune Buggy Sand Dubai may update these Terms & Conditions at any time; changes take effect when posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
